Last updated: April 2026

We’re glad you’re here. Below are answers to common questions about Semper Fi Homestead, our cow cuddles, and how to get involved.

About Semper Fi Homestead
Q: What is Semper Fi Homestead Nonprofit?

A: Semper Fi Homestead is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We create restorative, hands‑on experiences—especially for combat‑disabled veterans—through animal interactions, homesteading activities, and community programs.

Q: Who founded Semper Fi Homestead?

A: Semper Fi Homestead was founded by a combat Disabled Marine Corps veteran Scott and entrepreneur Jeanalin. Together, they built a place where combat disabled veterans and the community can slow down, connect, and learn.

Q: Who do you serve?

A: Our primary focus is combat‑disabled veterans, but we also welcome other veterans, military families, and community members to many of our programs and events at low or no cost depending on availability and mission alignment.

Programs & Experiences
Q: What kinds of experiences do you offer?

A: We offer animal‑centered and homestead‑style experiences, such as cow cuddles, time with other farm animals, simple hands‑on tasks, and community gatherings designed to be Educational, grounding, and connection‑focused.

Q: What is “cow cuddling”?

A: Cow cuddling is a unique experience, guided time spent with our cows, led by a registered nurse—brushing, petting, feeding them, or just sitting nearby. Many people find it deeply enjoyable.

Q: Since a combat veteran is free can the general public do cow cuddles?

A: Absolutely, cow cuddles are open to the general public by appointment only. You can book your Experience on our site at semperfihomestead.com and click on the private cow cuddle experience tab.

Q: What is the pricing for the general public?
A: Pricing varies as we have different ways to meet the herd. FRom free community events, to pop up events starting at $10/per person, 1 kid free with a paying adult, or if you have hella kids, we got you, $10 for all siblings with a paying adult. If you do a private experience we start at $85 per session. There are different tiers of experiences depending on which one you choose.

Q: Is pricing per person or per experience?
A: We charge per experience, not per person. So if you come solo or with your crew of up to 6 people, no matter what, that time slot is the same price.

Q: House keeping:
