Privacy Rights – Nevada Residents

This Privacy Rights notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Semper Fi Homestead Nonprofit (“Semper Fi Homestead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies specifically to residents of the State of Nevada.

If you are a Nevada resident, you have certain rights regarding how your personal information is handled. We respect these rights and are committed to honoring them.

1. Nevada “sale” of personal information
Nevada law gives residents the right to ask a business not to sell certain personal information to third parties.

Semper Fi Homestead does not sell personal information for money.
We also do not exchange your personal information for other valuable consideration in a way that would be considered a “sale” under Nevada law.
If our practices change in the future, we will update this notice and provide a way for you to exercise your rights.

2. Your Nevada privacy rights
As a Nevada resident, you may have the right to:

Know whether we sell certain personal information about you.
Request that we not sell such personal information in the future.
Because we do not sell personal information as described above, there is currently no sale to opt out of. However, you can still contact us at any time with questions about how we handle your information.

Please include “Nevada Privacy Request” in your subject line or letter, and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected information (or an authorized representative).

4. How we verify and respond
When you submit a Nevada privacy request, we may:

Ask for additional information to verify your identity (for example, your name, email address, or recent interactions with us).
Use the information you provide only to verify and respond to your request.
We will respond to your request within the time period required by Nevada law, unless an extension is allowed and needed. If we cannot honor your request, we will explain why, to the extent required by law.

5. Non‑discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under Nevada law. This means we will not:

Deny you services,
Charge you different prices or rates, or
Provide a different level or quality of services
just because you made a privacy request.

6. Changes to this Nevada Privacy Rights notice
We may update this Nevada‑specific notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If we make significant changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by posting a message on our site).
