Welcome to the website of Semper Fi Homestead Nonprofit (“Semper Fi Homestead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any content, features, or services offered through it (collectively, the “Site”).

Semper Fi Homestead is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide restorative, hands‑on experiences—especially for combat‑disabled veterans—through animal interactions, education, and community programs.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old, or
You are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
